Nepal Infrastructure Summit 2017

CNI in association with Government of Nepal, YCNC and other several partners, has announced Second Series of the Nepal Infrastructure Summit for 19th and 20th February, 2017 with a theme "Private Sector as an Indispensable Partner".

Objectives of the Summits are
i) Attract large scale private investment in areas of Nepal’s core needs and strengths
ii) Forge stronger networks and alliances in the region for seamless connectivity
iii) Raise awareness on why investment in infrastructure needs an urgent push in the country.

Over 30 industry experts, Ministers of Government of Nepal, Policy Makers, Development partners will present insights and analysis including H.E. Shree Suresh Prabhu, Minister for Railways, Government of India.

This summit has a new component in it as "Infrastructure Idea Hunt"
Infrastructure Idea Hunt is a campaign which aims to provide encouragement and opportunities to those who are willing to share their innovative ideas related to infrastructural development in order to solve the socio-economic hurdles currently faced by the Nation.
Idea Hunt is an initiation taken by Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) and Idea Studio Nepal with an objective of increasing general public engagement to identify problems and come up with possible innovative solutions to address infrastructure deficits.
